I have not heard back and I went for the talent advancement program talks where acn mentioned that they will get back end March. But it’s already last day of march and I’ve not received anything. So I’m not sure….see if others who applied same or if they hear back anot?

Yup you will submit cert and transcript for background check process. No grade requirement, this is just to make sure your info is correct and complies with local laws, no criminal history etc.
This background check is sent after you confirm your commencement date with them after they send you the offer. Of course you can tell them you will only get your cert in July or August so they will send you the background check to complete at a later date I suppose.
You'll have to check with your HR point of contact. They won't deny you the offer just because you don't currently have your cert on hand, definitely possible to accept offer first and submit it at a later date once you get it. People have already said plenty of others offered a position have different grad dates like July/ August onwards so they're definitely not anal about it. Of course don't submit it super delayed like in Nov/ Dec la.
No point stressing out here over something out of your control, just make sure you communicate everything clearly with HR once you get offered.

Don’t think so cos they have only process the first batch which was the general tap as applications was closed in jan and they just concluded the EE around mid March. Those who got through from this batch received offers around 20th March that week. There’s still the 19 March EE for this batch and the two openings afterwards which were the Graduate Consulting Analyst and Graduate Technology Analyst. The Graduate Consulting Analyst opening only closed a week ago or early last week. So I assume those from this opening still have chance as seems like majority didn’t hear back yet (a few with status under review and a few status were still application received). Still have hope I would say but honestly Accenture is quite slow in the hiring process.
