Contract has the usual employee agreement stuff but nothing pertinent to grades. Onboarding just started so not sure if we'll be required to submit degree transcripts but then again I don't think it's a big priority since many people have different graduation dates.

What about those whose transcripts will only be out a few months later? Like example end final exams in June and results and confirmation of honours out only in Aug. Such cases they can only start work in Aug after they submit the transcript right?

bro why are u so ganchiong about these things? u are ganchiong about the wrong things alr. look to secure an offer first instead of worrying about what the contract says. youll know when u get it.

and no, u can in fact start work and then submit whatever deg transcripts when u get them this is mostly an admin thing its quite minor, like i said dont worry abt the wrong things. HR will brief u all these one.

also, who the hell cares about grades when you come here?? accenture doesn’t give a **** about them when you enter, and your second job onwards won’t give a **** too
