Hello, wondering if anyone managed to successfully negotiate for a shorter notice period in order to join a new company?
Currently the contract stipulates 3 months, but notice that some companies allow offsetting of annual leave to shorten the notice period.

hahah they probably realised how tiring it was going to be filtering out those suitable for tech and those who aren't. If there were others like me, they probably got sick of replying to shocked emails about receiving the hackerrank without any coding background hahaha

April or May I believe, or they may offer a few but they will be keeping a number of spaces for the later two openings. It doesn’t help too that they keep promoting the openings when there’s already a huge number of applicants.
