I see, then if there is only 1 round of bonus around feb/mar then the earliest TDP peeps will get any bonus/increment is feb/mar of 2026 I suppose? (July 2024 start -> Probation ends in 9 months (Apr 2025) -> Review + bonus (feb/mar 2026)
Kindly correct me if I am wrong, but yikes that is a very long time.

Not shortlisted for interview but dont reject.
Pui **** company. Lucky never interview me. Creating a repo of all comapanies that take their sweet time then ghost candidate so new grads can know about the **** practices and avoid of have an expectation.
Literally ghost 3 months then rejected still want give false hope to some candidate.

Yeah you're right. The conversion to perm with the pay bump is also not after the program ends but rather, after program ends + few more months till early next year review period.

can confirm, 2022 batch here
if u dont like it i suggest finding better jobs, i couldnt find any back in 2022, everywhere getting fired so no choice, just suck it up and take this job for me but its 2024, market improved abit, should look around.
