joined july 2022, received 10k after completing in july 2023, got my perm role and pay bump last month.

Uob pay is crap compared to other development programs. Low pay, learn little and using an iq/eq test for assesment is a red flag for any company.

hmmm but we will only be eligible after 9 months (Apr 2025) if salary/bonus review is done once a year at EOY, next bonus payout will only be in Feb 2026 (as we missed Feb 2025 one). Does that make sense?

Hi! During the 3 months program, will there be things like final exam during the learning period ? Hope someone from the TDP program may answer this ahahah
