Bonus is 6k so about 1.5 months for TDP applicants.

After 1 year you will convert to perm but only after Q4, So if you're joining in July 2023, you can only convert after Dec 2024, not July 2024.

The 10k bonus completion is legit but I don't know about this batch, for me it was in my email so if it's not in your email then I guess they took it off.

Its 6k because of pro-ration isit? And I heard they give 2 rounds of bonus right?
also, they said we are already perm, maybe there's some change for this batch?

Just clarified with HR, there is no completion bonus at the end of program. However, there will be a bonus/salary review after probation (9 months) during the yearly review (not sure when). Since program starts end Jul it would be quite shag if the review is around Q1 2025 as we needa wait for 1 more cycle. Anybody knows when this review is done?

Got an email for interview! software development track. There is still hope!

UOB review is same as DBS, it's in feb / march of the year.
