Civil Service Contract
Hi everyone,
Does any one know what does a 1+1 year contract at a Stat Board mean?
Other job postings will state 2 year contract.
So what does the +1 mean?
Thanks in advance.

If i’m not mistaken, the +1 year is subjected to your performance in the first year after appraisal before they decide to offer you the additional year

Dear All
Thanks so much for reading.
If a ministry has accepted a candidate under movement policy, and the years of service is retained, does it mean that all bonuses such as 13th month and performance bonus will also be paid in full under this movement policy?
Thanks a lot!

I guess it's his 2nd job already. So NS or not doesn't matter at all. No matter you are male or female with NS or without, they will based on ur previous pay and get you an offer (if you are selected). Putting 3.8k is quite good already, if they want you but can't offer so high, will come back and nego with you.
So now 2 months over already, have this guy got his job?

My background:
No NS, Private Uni from Aussie, around 1 year relevant experience in this sector, but i've been working for at least 4 years.
