I guess it's his 2nd job already. So
NS or not doesn't matter at all. No matter you are male or female with
NS or without, they will based on ur previous pay and get you an offer (if you are selected). Putting 3.8k is quite good already, if they want you but can't offer so high, will come back and nego with you.
So now 2 months over already, have this guy got his job?
