I can vouch for nestle, i left their MAP shy of 1 year. Shitty company with crappy culture and the program was poorly structured and planned.

If you look at DBS, they discontinued their MAP graduate hires because of poor performance of intake batches, which ultimately evolved into their current EMA programme requiring work experience.
Shows that they are sourcing for the right talent and are intending to fast track these candidates into management

True that. And you see each GA program in DBS within diff function (Ops, SEED, SME, CBG) is structured differently you can see they really take the effort to go and plan lol

Why did you even join nestle in the first place... they have a bad rep among fmcg firms and their MAP salary is a joke

People don't know ma why blame them. Many FMCG firms grad programs are a joke except for some like unilever hahaha.

Graduate associate rank for the first 2 years is like 'analyst' rank in other banks. After that automatic promotion to associate after, before avp then vp.
