Did you did a search on the reputation of NCS on reddit Singapore raw?

They seem to hire just anyone, even without relevant experience. The turnover rate is quite high, and you’re treated as just a number,if you can’t do the role, next ....

They have mostly govt contracts and need to hire security cleared personnel.

Typically Singaporean citizens.

That's why many foreigners don't like the company.
