Promotion is not auto. Depends on performance and headcount.

Hi yes it is, I'm graduated from the program 2 years ago. Because DBS don't have analyst rank and u are given program hire title during ur grad program days, u are given the associate title after u get posted to ur division

HR tells us its not guaranteed but everyone will get some form of increment during the first 2 years. You'll get a bump in your salary when promoted to associate after the program

I got around 200 increment each year for the first 2 years, then subsequently depending on your performance and role allocation. Personally for me I got a 800 increment after finishing the program, but I think it depends on individual
