Regarding the pre-employment check, would it be better that the company to check on the potential candidate (Keen to hire) first prior offering to the candidate?

DBS seem to offer the candidate first then pre-employment check come next based on the existing post that I have read.

Different company may have their own SOP.

Are you waiting for the update? I got no mood and quite scare to read here since last week when some already got the offer, hope lighten up when said was fake news. Last few days moody again, oh no some had received offer..Heng again is fake new.

For your doubt on pre-employment check, should be offer first come after that. I would think so.
