I guess it's so much better to be paid 4.5 base, at least it's confirmed. Rather than low 3s and hoping to get 6 months bonus just to be on par with the 4.5 base
Also, these days, local bonus ain't very good either. Got 3 mths can open champagne

A credit analyst, doing corporates, fixed income, FIs are credit analyst and belong to FO
That's what u meant ?

Pay varies widely, starting as low as 3k+ in lower tier banks to 5-8k for top tier banks. Prerequisites same as any research roles, require excellent grades
