Trader here at a foreign bank, 2 years of experience, Associate level, current pay 5k, expecting salary revision next year to maybe nearly hitting 6k. Feel abit underpaid but grateful bank gave me this opportunity and trying to learn as much as I can. Hopefully when I take on more responsibilities and manage a bigger book, my pay will increase and opportunities in other companies may come knocking.

What's S&T bonuses like these days?

I'm guessing you're not from US/European bank?

Buy side. Equity research though. I hit 9k after 1 year 6 months approx. Started at 7.4k

work at arcade 2 years now at 10k gross.

Banking technology, 15 years director level . $20K per month basic

Market Risk 2 years experience - 5 k SGD basic
