4 yrs exp, this yr can b considered bad yr for finance I guess...bacon first time below $100k...abit disappointed, guess it's industry wide...normally bacon hm ard $115k min to $250k with bonus...

You mean you (not other ppl) made 115-250k previous years? Your bonus must be awesome given your basic is 6-7k oni..is my understanding correct? Thanks for sharing!

Think wrong impression given...numbers abv is for all inclusive...annual based on IRAS...forget abt the 6-7k...should be roughly ard $75k....

I am offered a junior AVP position with an asian bank. I wonder how many level of AVP are there and how long will one take to reach a VP position?
What is the salary/mth normally for a junior AVP?
