U as a HR compare 2 employees under the same Category with such a big difference in salary.U think its fair to place u and your director in the same group.

And this is why, having a constructive conversation with you is impossible. Your rebuttals are ad hominem at best.
Example, you said "u are a lousy if HR run by u". Tbh, that english is so messed up, Im not even sure what you're saying. You are saying that I am lousy just because of my opinions. Instead of rebutting my arguments, you are instead saying that I am this and that. And you've been doing that the whole thread. Rebut my ARGUMENTS, not ME. You don't even know me.
Basically, you got a grade 'D', and you're trying to argue that its not 'fair' that you got a grade D. Well, too bad, someone has to get a D. What about the other TSOs that scored an A? They are better than you. People are better than you. Wake up, realise this fact, there will always be people who are better than you because you are not all that good. That's why you got a D. So instead of saying this and that on this forum, why not work harder to make yourself better? And if you hate the system so much, and you think you are that damn good, go out and find other jobs la. No one is forcing you to stay there.
And all you are saying is just wild speculation. What makes you think that lecturers never get a D? You survey all poly lecturers in sg isit? No right?

BTW, i am not working in poly since 2010 because the increment is pathetic, cannot even beat the yearly inflation.
My current pay is equivalent to PAX 4 and car is provided as well.I am just a diploma holder.
Last month,I met up with my ex-colleague whom complained the apprasial system adopted by HR. We are friends for years and knowing he is the hardworking kind but ended up with a 'D'. He is trying ways to appeal on his case.

haha you know lecturers need to take on additional task such as collaboration of project with industrial partner etc. Teaching is just their normal duty because if they keep teaching for many years without keeping themselves abreast of the new technology , they will be left behind.
1)some lecturers left after 2-3 years because they feel that they will lose their technical capabilities and skills if they stay in poly for too long..
2) some lecturers who want a slow pace and less stressful environment after working in the industry for many years. these group of people are usually in their 40s
3) another group of lecturers who are in their late 40s -50s won't leave poly because they simply know that they will not be hire after laze around for so many years. their capabilities are outdated.
