Same. My friend's daughter has a second lower from an Australian university but believes that her first job should be paying $5k. Needless to say, she is still jobless. Sometimes, such people exist because their parents spoil them too much and shelter them from the realities of life

Thank you for the advice, what would be a good way to rephrase my reasons in a positive light? Also, would it help if I included what I did during unemployment (eg attending course/volunteering etc). I am confident of doing well in interviews, just find it hard to secure one with a good company.. guess it’s going to take abit of time

There are many jobs available. Learn to appreciate them. Start with doing contract work and short assignments. It keeps you busy and makes you feeling less depressed. I started doing internship then moved on to a big company. Start small, aim big.

If you like to be independent, can start your own business such as driving grab. If anyone ask what you do, just say you are an entrepreneur in the transportation business.

Stop spending hours complaining in online forums, playing online games and not doing anything productive. Delivering food via food panda or grab food is better than staying at home and blame everyone else for your jobless situation.

Totally agree. There are many jobs available. If the jobless here can have the capacity to choose jobs, I don't see why they should even feel depressed being jobless in the first place.
