There are several level of clearance required, some of the staff should be clearing leave during this period, so might be a little slower.

You should have the contact of HR. Doesn't hurt to drop them an email / whataspp to check if you hadn't already done so in the past 3 - 4 weeks.
The waiting is painful (from personal experience). But as another poster mentioned, there are still a few checks to do between the verbal and official offer, so that 3 - 4 weeks waiting time is quite expected.
With the verbal offer, things are 99% confirmed, so just hang in there!

Thanks all for the advice. I got the verbal/email offer in early nov and yes i did check in with the HR, but there's no clear timeline on when the LOA will be ready. The wait is indeed quite excruciating.
It's one of the smaller SBs, not GovTech, PA or NLB.

Application Timeline
Hi can anyone who has applied to PSD and gotten a job offer successfully share on the timeline please? I went for an interview this month and was informed that I will get a response in two weeks if the application is successful. It's been two weeks and I have yet to hear from them. No rejection email no offer. Thanks in advance.

I am actually not too sure. I had interviews with other ministries/statboards when I did not hear from them after the stipulated timeline and I was rejected soon after. So not having hopes. Thanks for replying.
