Default MPA vs SSG

Hi guys, I'm currently navigating a career decision between the MPA and SSG (attended interviews at both agencies), and I would greatly appreciate your valuable insights. If you have experience with either organization, I'd love to hear your thoughts on company culture, stress levels in various roles, and work-life balance. You guy's invaluable guidance will be beneficial as I weigh these options guys. Although, I read on glassdoor so many mixed reviews abt MPA tho. Please help me..thank u

Frankly, both also no good. Lousy career prospects. Please find better agencies like edb, mas, govtech etc

I was offered a 2-year contract M/SM role in SSG, decided not to go bc i feel the interviewers were abit overpromising. I am really concerned about whether got perm headcount after that but the interviewer just placate me and say can be perm in other teams. I also got colleagues from MOE who told me that SSG is no good, even their parent ministry also say so.

Hello, is it normal to wait 3-4 weeks from the day the email/verbal offer is made to the actual signing of the LOA for SB/Ministries? Why does it take so long and should i be worried that they might suddenly withdraw the offer?

Thank you…
