board approval to hire the staff

That’s the daunting process in GOVT application….we got selected by interviewers to go ahead with the hiring process then comes security clearance (born in Singapore shouldn’t see as a blocker). Then comes your salary if the board approves the amount. Ultimately comes the email or verbal offer. After you agreed then last step LOA.
