Mine HTX, called me too but just said keen to process my application.
Told me its not verbal offer and did not response to my qns if i pass the interview. Very sad, why HR practice different. At least let me know whether i pass or not.

HR call a day after my interview.

It had been almost 4 weeks after my interview in which I did not get any call or emails.(The HR said will give the results in 2 weeks during the interview)

Just wonder would it be fine to drop an email to the HR to ask about the status?

Inside the Career Gov website still reflected as "Short-Listed".

Why you wait for 4 weeks without prompting HR?
You know you have the rights to ask.

Means you didn't get it, I'm sorry.

Shortlisted doesn't mean you get the role.

So far after second round interview, when they mentioned I’ll be contacted by two weeks of the result, they did contact me either earlier or at the two weeks mark.
