Yes, happened to me before. Shortlisted in the portal but never got called up for interview
Eventually status changed to unsuccessful 😔

I have cleared the 2 interviews. Received call from HR that they will proceed further with my application but there was no offer during the call. Just said they will submit for approval and I have to submit the reference and medical questionnaire form.

Hi all, HR had informed me that I had passed my second interview and will like to proceed with my application further. They requested me to compete the medical questionnaire and reference consent form. Can I check what’s the chances of me getting the job after this has been done by HR?

Almost 100%? Unless there's something wrong with your medical or reference check. How long did it take for them to get back to you after your second interview?
