Job openings with ISD are masked under MHA.
You won’t know which vacancies are explicitly ISD until your second interview with the hiring manager.

I got a email from HR, telling me to complete a long essay test. Not very keen as the questions are not very straightforward like new service developments.

Salary Component
Hi Guys,
I just received an contract by the Civil Sector.
Position/Grade: MX 12
They offer me 5000 per month.
Can I ask what is all these 4 components mean?
Your gross monthly salary is made up of
1) 53.5% Basic Salary,
2) 9% Monthly Variable Component,
3) 5.5% Non-Pensionable Component, and
4) 32% Non-Pensionable Variable Payment.
But they never mention anything about AWS (13th Month), Performance Bonus, and the Mid Year, End Year Civil Bonus.
Anyone working in civil sector know what it means? Thank you.

are you on contract or perm staff? as long as not temp staff, you will be entitled to the respective bonuses (these are part of the MX scheme).
the breakdown for 4 components you mentioned are not really important hahaha, unless you somehow underperform super big time then the 'monthly variable' might be affected (super rare, unheard of).
a point to note is to check the pay grade for mx 12 - its usually a range.... see if you are in the upper or lower part of this range?

How long does it take for them to offer you cause some of the agency will only offer after clearance.
