applied for a role at MND that is for Analytics & Reporting
specifically applied cause there is no mention for usage of R/Python (have learnt it, just not the most confident cause my current work place does not really use it) and I am more of an MS Excel user predominantly.

turns out there is a test that requires the use of Tableau/R/Python, by any chance would anyone have an idea of how this test is like and its complexity?

Mine took 5 weeks from verbal offer to formal offer with salary package

Hi, I am currently working in a stat board and have been offered a job offer by another agency. Is it the norm for the HR of the offering agency to offer movement policy which my current stat board can hold me back for three months? Just want to get out of my current stat board asap which has a terrible job scope and work culture which affect my health and well being. Thanks

Perhaps you can do a follow up with the HR? The one who sent you the invite or the one who was in the second interview?

Can you share the htx job position that you had applied for? I'm currently still waiting for a reply. Been about 8 weeks since my second interview.

On the topic of verbal offer to formal offer, how often should we follow up with HR to show interest and yet not seem too desperate if HR didnt give you a timeline which they will get back?
