Might not get contract renew if contract ended. It give a bad remark if contract not renewable. Quite unstable to work in CS!

Its been 3 weeks from there after submission of documents. how long does it take for management to approve and HR to offer me? Right now, i have no idea if i get the job a not as HR is not responding to me.

I noticed that ever since the careers@gov website got revamped, it has an option to attach cover letter.
May I know how many will think that it is necessary to put? Or HR will just will screen your CV first then shortlist/reject?

My advice: Don't be retarded. The free market will adjust itself. Just go for whatever job pays more/more interesting work.
