If you are what they want they will call you within two weeks to a month. If not, forget it.

Hi I applied for 4 jobs at Finance Min, and now 3 are "in-process". Does anyone know how long FinMin takes to call you to inform of interview? :P Curious lah...I have applied to both FinMin & Mindef, and curious to see how long Fin Ministry takes.

Pls help info, w/ thanks.

How often does civil service HR check for new applications and forward to hiring department for consideration?

How long to wait before concluding my application has been dropped/rejected without an interview?

Emplaced from contract to perm? I doubt you get blacklisted, since it seems very common to not get emplaced.

Read this statistic.

Quote:
Of the 12,090 officers on contract employment, 4,610 were offered permanent positions within two years.
1,628 were emplaced after two years.

Less than half the contracts are emplaced.
