May I ask which agency and what position did you apply for? And really how long have you waited? A specific time. Maybe from here, we can try to gain an insight as to why the prolonged agony.
I think sometimes we don't have a choice. I applied for few agencies and I'm still waiting currently as well. There are positions that I 'm keen on, but luck and fate is not there to help me. So what can I do? There's nothing that I can do except to move on. Who knows, there might be better deals out elsewhere.

I have waited a few months. I thought the interviewers are the one making the decisions. So after interview, they would have an idea who they want and who they do not want mah. Hai

Woow.. that's fast. I thought I have to wait until the deadline for them to call me up for a proper interview...
In the session, I thought everything was good and smooth. I want to know if there is any area that I have not performed well...

How u know u failed the interview? How long u waited since ur interview? Did u call HR to check?
Just wondering, do u guys call the HR to check on the results of ur interview if the timeline given is up and u have not receive any calls or would u just silently accept that it's a rejection?

congrats!!
how i wish mine was as smooth as yours
was supposed to get a decision within 1-2 weeks after my final intw
instead what i got was a call telling me position on hold due to some strategy change and will update me in 2 weeks time which is this week. exactly 2 weeks actually crossed yesterday but decided to wait till end of this week
only thing giving me hope is that HR itself itook the initiative to call n inform me abt the strategy change and to give them 2 weeks rather den they telling me if i had called myself
