It is an actual promotable grade where you receive PI when promoted. So why would the salary range not be recognised?

All ministries would have. My AM was recently promoted to mx11a so I know it does exist.

Is MX scheme really better than GEO? EOs seem to promote faster than MX, at least in the schools/ MOE setting. Just speculating, but doesn't it seem that MX officers in schools face an even worse progression bottleneck compared to EOs?
