farmer here, graduated from NIE in 2014, was in HQ in 2020 and 2021 as GEO4. Got B for both years but still a GEO4 haha. Grade is one thing, progression is another.

You could be posted to school as HOD after your HQ stint. That's progression

If one has not done an SH equivalent role before HQ, possible to post out as HOD during enhanced posting meh?

It's possible if your CEP has been adjusted to P6 (HOD level). However, it is highly unlikely even if you are a scholar as you do not have any management experience.

That means your first year of HQ was already a B? Which division were you in? I got a C for my first year in HQ despite doing lots of nonsense

It also highly depends on what performance you have carried forward from school to HQ. If you were a C grader in school, most likely when your first year in HQ will be C too. Subsequent raise in grade will depend on your work in HQ.

But what if I'm still given the same workpieces leh for second year? Does that mean I will get C throughout my stint in HQ? (
