High meh. Two replies previously in this thread:
8 yoe, $9k
10 yoe, $9.8k
Both for DX12 AD roles
Also got 11 yoe 8.5k and another 9.5k 11 yoe but didn’t specify what grade he’s at

Those numbers are bs. Have confirmed that HR will only offer 10 YOE around 7k for AD.

Erm should be rejected already. I went for interview with 2 different unit. The one that reject me no sound nothing. The one that I got offer during the first week after interview HR will inform that you are selected and they will proceed with the clearance and checks.

I can’t understand why anyone wants to apply jobs that needs strict security clearance. I know if you did nothing wrong there is no need to fear but if the one doing ur background check “colour” your background check result… you will suffer for the rest of your life..
