for DXOs, every Apr. increment will reflect in Apr's payday.

Is it because I joined in Nov last year and considered under probation and hence salary is still the same ? Thanks

you have not worked for 1 full year. there won't be increments until you are confirmed. you will probably receive a pro-rated increment in Nov this year.

I believe you need to complete probation and be confirmed first in order to be eligible for increment. If your probation is completed in X month, maybe the month after X month then you will receive your increment? Can check w HR too, good to clarify so you hav better idea

You might want to drop the hiring manager / HR an email to enquire on the status of your application? (or whoever has been liaising with you regarding the interview process) maybe they will let you know how much more time they need to get back to applicants, assuming they are keen to proceed with you but need more time..
