AD is Assistant Director?
Does one need prior experience as a manager to join?

LMAO. Fun fact: established MNC and bigger companies in private sector can also check on you during recruitment. The email you provided, there’s a system where it can trace what you view on the internet for them to judge you. Please stay at where you are since you so scare of being “checked”

If you are talking about the final official job offer, HR will not give you one until you clear security clearance. If you are selected, they will first verbally inform you that you are selected by the hiring department before proceeding with documents submission and security screening. The official offer will come approximately 2 months later.

i see some of our buddies here have been having a tough time waiting on for MHR to reply.
my personal advice, similar to the other buddies above... IF they dont respond in 2-4 weeks, please take it as a red flag and quickly move on.
Thing is that they take about 1-2 weeks to actually reach a decision, and therefore dont need 4 weeks to decide on the hiring, and when livelihoods are at stake. DO NOT DELAY and just move on searching for other opportunities.

Yeah… in fact at the end of my interview they already decided and told me that HR will contact me to discuss salary. But other ministry can take 3 weeks plus to give an offer based on my experience, 3 weeks plus is still a possible timeline for a verbal offer.

anybody here knows if DXO's career will be affected if one decides to marry a foreigner ?
I'm not talking about security clearances. just careers in MINDEF in general.
i asked this question to MHR specifically, they mentioned that there is no significant impact.
what is your thoughts ?
