Ok!! Yes I was looking at the job openings for DPO, but mostly hiring for Manager position. So was wondering if I even suitable for that haha do you have any idea what the pay is like for AM or M?

No diff, just differs on ur job grade. They're hiring for dx9 to 11 which is one job band in itself ranging from asst mgr, mgr, snr mgr.

Just apply! Even if the job listing says Manager, they will consider your application and offer you a position commensurate with your YOE.

ok understood. at the moment, yes. we had that conversation lately. but i think need to consult higher-ups eventually by year end and see what is their considerations offline.

But i am hoping to transfer to support oversea operations. lol. but I'm likely stuck in my current department for another 4 years..

Yeh. AM/M/SM all do similar work... AD take on a bit more responsibilities. but some camps.. DY S8 / Chief Clerk also DX12-13 level. LOL....
