Q: Big4 - Yearly salary increment

Offered a role at EY assurance FAAS, technology risk and compliance. What should I expect in this role vs financial audit, progression, and exit opportunities?

you should call isca hotline, they will know what you need to do, but I would think you need an interim rpec from your previous firm covering the period of your employment there

Afraid not.

Even in Big4, audit don’t really talk to advisory side much. They sit on different floo so we don’t get to make friends.

It’s not like MNC where you may know a Laura from Finance or a Sharon from HR. Work is very client/specific, limited interaction.

Aren’t the majority of audit staff from NUS and NTU? With a sprinkle of SMU? Or I outdated already?

how come most people quit when they reach audit manager stage?
