big time CEO dont know anything and they dont care much
They just want to know if qualified with accounting body or not
The other thing is whether you have MBA or not
Not whether you have done SCAQ lol

1st year should still have no bonus. Is this risk consulting aka IT audit? Otherwise it's decent, do 2-3 years, become senior, then jump to better paying consulting firms unless you're super beloved by your bosses until you know you can make it to manager very quickly. FYI my current firm pays 6k-8k for fresh grads but we only take 1 per service line every 2 years, while we hire more experienced seniors and managers. Non-audit consulting pays well but don't expect it to be pre-Trump levels of good.

Its a tech and transformation role, nothing to do with audit, its actual consulting. total comp wise is still good for fresh grad, just not too sure abt the pathway after 2-3 years.
