For blue with SCAQ, the bump is around senior 2 year. not very significant, around $300 more than the same rank in other Big 4 firms.

I think KP raised the salary to $3.8k for Associate 1 recently to attract new grads

Hahaha had a good laugh at your description of yellow. But yes to clarify the 90% doesn’t mean you’re not promoted/progressing. It means you’ll burn out and quit before that.

Blue A1 is still 3.6k though. 3.8k is for A2. Orange A1 is 3.6k without bonus, hence not a good deal if you know you don't like audit and just need a job to tide over for 1 year.
At S1 onwards, Blue is 200 lower than every other firm. This is only which is covered by the 10% allowance once you have SCAQ which you can only get from S2 onwards but the culture is so bad you'd be gone by then.
Personally, I find Orange has a better environment but then again, I was at the worst department in Blue so might be just me. Blue is pretty much 99% JHK at manager and above levels and it shows in the culture. At least in Orange I can speak English in the office.

3.6k no bonus is basically 3.3k with 1 month bonus or 3.1k with 2 months bonus or $2,880 with 3 months bonus.
I would totally understand if no 2nd upper student should consider this.

As an audit manager, I really don't want the resignation of seniors and juniors affect my career progression.
Can seniors and juniors stop resigning?
I know this sounds selfish but please
don't affect my career progression because you cannot handle stress

No, bruh. S1 is $4.8k for blue, yellow, and orange. Verified from peers currently working at B4.
