So sad to see younger generations choosing to sacrifice career growth in audit for instant gratifications out of audit.

We slog for the chance to become partner.

The chance is low and some people think the expected value is not worth the slogging, but that’s something you evaluate for yourself.

So sad that younger generations give up a career with an opportunity to make lifetime earnings (I.e partner)
