Q: Big4 - Yearly salary increment

Anyone has any thoughts on yellow new senior pack?😂

Really need advise, recently in very emotional mood and cannot make decision lol
Long story for this position
- offer from blue S1 position in advisory, 5.4K (6 YOE in industry, understand from HR it might close to the ceiling of S1, If I am not promoted next cycle, the increment will be very little)
- declined the offer due to salary and position not meeting my expectations
- regret after declining (was thinking to accept another offer for higher pay and higher salary but don’t like the work scope and ppl there)
- talk to hiring manager and HR at blue and take back the offer
- now I am on board,
- still cannot accept the low salary and less leaves,,,regret

- shall I just go even I was just on board less than a week

- wlb so far okay, job scope close to what I did before but I not really interested, biggest concern is the salary package and increment

Probably i will be blacklisted if I go, lol

Consult your real life friends instead of asking an anonymous Internet forum might be a better idea.

I’m sure OP has asked around his personal connections and peers. You and me and everyone is in the forum to get insights from other ppl yeah

Indeed. If ever make up the mind, won’t ask around here…..

Especially when no friends actually working in both industries. Would like to gain more insights from people who are working in big 4…..

Im same as you. Yoe 6 plus. Weeks ago offered s2 in audit. 5.3k from blue. Reject straight away without looking back. Need take pay cut, need downgrade and still cannot meet expected sal etc. Why even accept in the first place and get yourself low balled.

Who did u vote for? Dont complain when all these jhk flood the market and push down salaries. U deserve it.

Anybody know how much an S3 from KPMG audit earns for those with SCA qualification increment? And how much an AM earns for KPMG Audit for those without and with SCA qualification?

Anyone knows the starting pay for tax in green? Heard it was revised recently.
