So sad to see younger generations choosing to sacrifice career growth in audit for instant gratifications out of audit.

What to do. We have senior partners saying audit is not the place if you are looking for good money.

We slog for the chance to become partner.

The chance is low and some people think the expected value is not worth the slogging, but that’s something you evaluate for yourself.

So sad to see older generation give up work life balance and put up with long working hours in pursuit of career growth.
