Benefits in Big 4 audit
- Linear career progression from associate to senior manager
- Pay increases fast
- Work with young people and the best
- Flexible working arrangements
- Dress down in office
- Supportive and caring managers and partners
- Good learning exposure and one can get to learn a lot in audit
- Fast paced environment
- Value adding role and Respected by clients
- Good welfare and nice pantry
- flexible leave arrangement
- able to become manager at a young age (which allows you to jump to a managerial role in commercial as well)
- chance to make equity partner after senior manager as long as you stay and perform well

LOL. You're delusional if you think any girls in a club wanna hang out with auditors. Beancounters aren't stereotyped as the most boring profession for nth.

There's a reason why all the audit manager guys and above are the weird weird socially awkward type, and all the female managers and above are dinobus.

i think black is good for those who joined their fast track programme, immediately jumped to a2 once grad
