They already outsourced most of those simpler tasks to EY Philippines. Interns now perform tasks normally performed by A1 & A2.
The problem is that we also have to spend time to review the work done by EY Philippines and they treat the Philippines team like some sweatshop. They OT until very late as well.
There are some smaller engagements without any manpower. The manager will just delegate most of the tasks to EY Philippines team.
