When one full timer tenders, two fresh grads will rise to take its place...

What is industrial standard?

There are only 4 members of B4.

But now one of the firm spoil market, is so much higher than the rest. The balance has been disrupted.

If you have a choice, dont join big 4, especially EY. With the stricter regulations and tight margins, things are getting worse by the day. There are no aws, no weekends-need to work to clear workloads and study sqp, no culture-most homegrown seniors/managers have already left, and unappreciative partners who are turning a deaf ear to the staff suffering, you need to seriously consider whether you really want to join them. The wage and career progression are not as good as its heydays.
The current EY managing partner and leadership team are damn stingy and only concerned about cutting cost. Most of the homegrown seniors have resigned. Double booking on engagements is normal in EY and most engagement teams are understaffed. Some teams don't even have seniors and the firm likes to utilize interns because they are cheap. Workload is insane as well.

I can give you the new estimated range of figures for yellow audit:

A1: $3.2k
A2: $3.5k
S1: $4.5k
S2: $5.2k

I do not know the salaries for the ranks after.
