I can confirm that a1 for EY is $3/3.2k. Only for TAS it is $3.5k.

This is a sensitive question which you can't expect an honest answer to, especially when this involves the number of hours the firm can bill clients.

Lol what sensitive sia. As long as the work gets done right within reasonable number of hours. Doesnt mean you charge 8 hours you will really spend 8 hours a day without break to do the work. Clarifications workshops etc also counted into those 8 hours right. Even when you go poop also counted in those 8 hours right. What if you OT? Do you charge to clients too or just put base 8 hours a day? If your project manager say no more budget coz overrun, then you can only charge 4 hours a day. Do you only work 4 hours a day?

It is more often the case that ppl do 4 hours work, lim kopi for 4 hours then bill the client 8 hours than the other way round.

I would say being in a Big 4 gives you some kind of idea of best practises. Rather than joining an MNC that is so messy. Joining big4 also gives you alot of exit opportunities. Increment of 20-30% is surely guaranteed
