Q: Big4 - Yearly salary increment

For Audit and Tax, it's a fixed starting salary of 3k for entry level fresh graduates, regardless of the specific function you are assigned to.

Subsequently, the salary will decrease by $600 each month until the 5th year, where the graduate is no longer entitled to salary and will be promoted to a slave.
