So long working hours and crappy pay. The only positive about this is that everyone in the company is in this crap together.

Alot of my friends trying to consol themselves, say salary increment very fast. But their salary 5 year later is the same as the starting salary for banks (even local ones), which doesn't even require that amount of OT.

Does the job give you useful skills or meaningful experience? Not particularly. So much time wasted due to client issues, unproductive due to long working hours, menial audit tasks etc.

If you truly care for your future, don't join big 4 audit

Anyone know how much is the starting pay for strategy associate at EY-P? And is there any signing bonus? Thanks

So much negatives about audit. How about tax? Are they the same in terms of working hours and pay progression? Which one better?
