Career advancement should be based on networking opportunities instead of salary consideration only

In audit industry, is all about SPEED !
I know one audit associate who is a online gamer graduated from ACCA.
He can type fast. He can copy and paste fast. He can extract samples fast. He can move his mouse fast. Because he play alot of online game. So his fingers really work very fast. 10 minutes can settle everything.
As compare to FCH graduate who like to slowly do and deliver quality work...

Yup and finance staff getting screwed by JHKs and JHBs and the cycle repeats again. Then partner ask for huge increase in audit fees in the name of inflation. Auditors will find MLs in the name of value adding to the client
