Orange has always paid less all this while, they bank on their reputation which allows them to charge higher fees = higher margins = "better" WLB (indeed was the case back then before the pandemic, seniors from the other 3 will jump to Orange but never the other way round). Also I can attest that their software is much better which means less work (I've worked in two of the Big 4 audit myself).

No average for the blue is 1 month.
For black, I think it is around 1 month.
For orange, there is no bonus for year 1. However, they have a SCAQ bonus and generally better work-life balance.
For yellow, it is around 1.6, but note that progression or promotion is in October. Between June and September, you will be asked to do the work of the next rank or way before that.
