Let’s just say one of the firms was the last to move from 2.9k to 3.0k even when everyone else had already adjusted.

And said firm only adjusted effective 1 Jan, so that cohort of graduates were still getting 2.9k for 6 months.

Don’t confuse the last to announce with the last to implement.

Firm can announce in August but effective in January.
Another firm can announce in September but effective in October.
