I'm a boss in my 40s.
I'm afraid the young people in 20s doesn't want to work long hours.
By right, they should get use to working long hours.
Any bosses here?
Any ideas how to make young people in 20s to OT more?

Pay them part of the profits. So they see that whatever they put in there’s a return

Change the profession. Audit is full of bs and no purpose. Ppl these days looking for meaningful job with purpose. Maybe u pay more also useless.
Go get ppl from developing country.

I already offer share of profits agreement but young people in their 20s want WLB and don't want OT
