I feel the action towards making accountancy more attractive is wrong.
They ought to know that it is the influx of msians, low pay, high working hours making it not attractive anymore.

Higher pay attract better students to apply for the course
Better students increase quality of hire and work
Better student/graduates want higher pay.

Clearly, the only thing to be done here is increase the pay. Smart people will find smart ways to make work more interesting. That is how innovation and change happens. But at the same time the attractiveness of the industry is demolished by the excessive hire of foreigners with **** english and culture that just ruins it all. If the government really wants to fix things just stop issuing so many ****ing WP for big4s. Tighten the foreigner quota and force the companies to increase pay in order to attract more locals.

If fact SCA was not a bad idea. What made it a bad idea is that you make this SCA so troublesome but end up accepting all sorts of other stupid qualifications like ACCA that all the stupid JHKs are so enthusiastic about getting from their sunway and tonkotsu college. If you mandate such that only SCA is accepted then problem solved also

Audit no brainer job, y smart ppl want go there. Old days still ok. Now only milking each other. Further in audit, the team is 10 ppl u only use 1 of the brain. All just follow instruction do blindly to submit jomework. Just stay to get promote.

Okay can, you post here got use? Tell this to ACRA and MOM. In fact it is the partners of the big 4s that wanted ACCA to be recognised and they pushed for it. They know firm is made up of many malaysians. Last year blue townhall the partner said himself so who you blaming

any updates on the bonus and if there is pay revision for orange and green? no change for blue here
